- Host Placement:
- Definition: A Host Sponsor is a business that permits the company to install a display in their location to host our advertising services. In return, the Host Sponsor receives advertising for their business on the co-op display network.
- Term: NA
- Commission: $50 per host placement
- Bonus: 25 host placements within 12 months = $100 bonus
- Vertical Sponsor Ad Space:
- Term: 12 months
- Commission: $750 per vertical sponsor
- Bonus: 2 vertical sponsors within 12 months = $1,200 bonus
- Term: 1 month
- Commission: $500 per vertical sponsor
- Horizontal Sponsor Ad Space:
- Term: 12 months
- Commission: $150 per horizontal sponsor
- Bonus: 6 horizontal sponsors within 12 months = $500 bonus
- Term: 1 month
- Commission: $70 per horizontal sponsor
- Main Space Ad:
- Term: 12 months
- Commission: $200 per main space ad
- Bonus: 100 main space ads (no month restriction) = $2,500 bonus
- Term: 1 month
- Commission: $100 per main space ad
- Bonus: 100 main space ads (no month restriction) = $2,500 bonus
- Complete Network Buildout:
- Must Close in 12 months
- Bonus: $3,500 upon closing the complete network deal, including 25 hosts and 120 ads.
Requirements for Affiliate Payouts:
- Affiliate payouts will be processed on the 1st and 15th of each month.
- To receive a payout, affiliates must maintain active status in the previous 30 days. Active status is defined as signing on at least one Host Sponsor, one of any of the three Ad space options, or completing a Complete Network deal.
- It is the responsibility of the Affiliate to track their individual sales and commissions to ensure the accuracy of the payout.
- In the event of a discrepancy on payout amounts, the affiliate should open a payout investigation with the Affiliate manager assigned to them. The company will then review and either correct the payout or provide details otherwise.
- For an Affiliate to receive commission payouts for agreements sold on a month-to-month basis, the Affiliate will receive 50% of the commission at the next payout after signing and the remaining 50% when the term reaches two months of paid services at the next payout after the renewal is processed.
Note: The bonus amounts are cumulative. Affiliates will receive the applicable commission for each placement or sale made, and upon reaching the specified targets within the designated timeframes, they will receive the corresponding bonus amounts in addition to their commissions.
*Commission structure can be modified by company at any time with a 30 day written notice to Affiliates if required.
