Non-Compete & Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement:
As a valued affiliate of TEAM Media Group LLC, you understand and agree to the following non-compete clause:
- Non-Competition: During the term of your affiliation with TEAM Media Group LLC and for a period of 24 months following the termination of your affiliation, you agree not to directly or indirectly engage in any business or activity that competes with the services offered by TEAM Media Group LLC. This includes but is not limited to selling, promoting, or offering similar products or services to those offered by TEAM Media Group LLC.
- Territorial Limitation: This non-compete clause applies within the United States and any other regions where TEAM Media Group LLC conducts business or has clients during the term of your affiliation and for the specified duration following termination.
- Confidential Information: You acknowledge and agree that during the course of your affiliation with TEAM Media Group LLC, you may have access to confidential information, including but not limited to client lists, business strategies, and proprietary technologies. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information both during and after your affiliation and not to use or disclose it for any purpose other than in connection with your duties as an affiliate of TEAM Media Group LLC.
- Enforcement: In the event of a breach of this Non-Compete & Mutual Non-Disclosure agreement, TEAM Media Group LLC reserves the right to seek injunctive relief and any other available legal remedies to enforce compliance with this agreement. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TEAM Media Group LLC from any damages or losses resulting from a breach of this non-compete clause.
By accepting this non-compete clause, you acknowledge that it is necessary to protect the legitimate business interests of TEAM Media Group LLC and its affiliates. You further agree to abide by the terms of this clause during and after your affiliation with TEAM Media Group LLC.
