Advertiser Subscribtion Terms and Conditions
Introduction
Welcome to Team Media Group! By subscribing to our indoor billboard advertising services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms define the responsibilities of advertisers, the scope of our services, and the obligations of both parties. Please read these terms carefully before subscribing to our advertising platform.
- Subscription Services
1.1 Service Overview
Team Media Group offers premium indoor billboard advertising solutions that provide targeted visibility for your brand. Our billboards are strategically placed in high-traffic indoor locations to maximize your audience reach. The specific services provided will depend on the advertising package you choose.
1.2 Subscription Packages
We offer various advertising packages designed to meet different marketing needs. Package details, including pricing, location coverage, and duration, are available on our website.
1.3 Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue certain services at any time, with prior notice to the subscriber. Any significant changes to services will be communicated promptly.
- Subscription Term and Renewal
2.1 Subscription Period
Your subscription will start upon confirmation of payment and continue for the selected term (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled.
2.2 Cancellation Policy
By subscribing, you authorize TEAM Media Group LLC to charge your credit card as detailed for subscription charges. TEAM Media Group LLC will securely save your credit card information within the card processor’s system. Please note that TEAM Media Group LLC, its employees, and affiliates will not have access to your credit card information.
PLEASE NOTE: CANCELLATIONS
TEAM Media Group LLC will not issue refunds for any cancellation of services. To cancel your subscription, you must login to your customer account online at https://theteammediagroup.com/account or using the mobile app at least 10 days prior to the upcoming billing date. If your cancellation is received within 10 days of the billing cycle, your ad will continue to run for the remaining 30 days of the next billing cycle.
2.3 Renewal
Unless canceled 10 days before the renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew under the same terms. You will be billed at the current subscription rate. Promotional pricing is only valid for the initial term unless otherwise stated. Promotional pricing will become invalid if your account is not paid upon renewal. Accounts renewed after expiration of promotional pricing will be renewed at the then current rate.
- Payment Terms
3.1 Subscription Fees
As a subscriber, you agree to pay the applicable fees based on the advertising package you select. All payments are required in advance and are non-refundable.
3.2 Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, and other authorized payment methods as specified during checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate and up to date.
3.3 Failed Payments
If we are unable to process your payment, your subscription will be paused until the payment issue is resolved. We will notify you of any payment failures via email. If not resolved within 7 days, your subscription may be canceled. Promotional pricing will become invalid if your account is not paid upon renewal. Accounts renewed after expiration of promotional pricing will be renewed at the then current rate.
- Advertiser Responsibilities
4.1 Ad Content
As the advertiser, you are responsible for providing accurate and lawful content for your advertisements. All content must comply with legal regulations and our content guidelines. Team Media Group reserves the right to refuse or remove any content that violates these standards.
4.2 Prohibited Content
The following types of content are strictly prohibited on Team Media Group’s billboards:
- Offensive, hateful, or discriminatory material
- False or misleading claims
- Promotion of illegal products or services
- Any content that infringes on intellectual property rights
4.3 Content Approval Process
All ad content is subject to approval by Team Media Group before publication. We may request revisions or reject content that does not meet our guidelines. Advertisements will not be displayed until approved.
- Intellectual Property
5.1 Advertiser’s Content
You retain ownership of your ad content. However, by submitting your content to Team Media Group, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your ad content on our indoor billboards and related marketing channels.
5.2 Team Media Group Materials
All proprietary tools, platforms, and services provided by Team Media Group remain our intellectual property. Advertisers do not gain any ownership rights over these materials.
- Limitation of Liability
6.1 Performance Disclaimer
While Team Media Group aims to provide maximum visibility and exposure through our indoor billboards, we do not guarantee specific results, such as increased sales, leads, or traffic.
6.2 Liability Limit
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Team Media Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of revenue or business opportunities.
- Termination
7.1 Termination by Team Media Group
We reserve the right to terminate your subscription immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or misuse our services. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
7.2 Termination by Advertiser
You can terminate your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Termination will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Changes to Terms
Team Media Group reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes, and continued use of our services after the changes take effect indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
- Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas. Any legal disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Texas.

Host Sponsor Terms & Conditions
Introduction
The Team Media Group Indoor Digital Billboard Network Co-op Program aims to foster collaboration among hosts, enabling them to amplify the effectiveness and reach of our advertising network. Hosts are integral to expanding our network and providing valuable advertising solutions to local businesses within the community.
Host Requirements
- Hosts must operate a legitimate business establishment within the designated local community where our digital billboards will be installed.
- Hosts agree to host our digital billboards within their establishment and follow the installation guidelines provided by Team Media Group LLC.
- The digital billboards remain the property of Team Media Group LLC. At any time, Team Media Group LLC has the right to request access to the host location to remove the billboard for any reason. In the event of a business closure, the host must immediately return the billboard to Team Media Group LLC. Team Media Group LLC will remove the billboard upon notification of the closure.
- TEAM Media Group LLC is not responsible for any repairs if the host requests removal of the billboard equipment.
- Hosts must promptly report any technical issues with the digital billboards to our support team.
- Hosts are NOT required to perform any maintenance on the digital billboards. Our support team will ensure the billboards remain in good working order.
Advertising Content Guidelines
- Hosts must ensure that the advertising content displayed on the billboards within their establishment complies with local regulations and ethical standards.
- Hosts are responsible for reviewing all ads displayed within their establishment to ensure that the content aligns with their business values and target audience.
- Hosts should notify Team Media Group LLC immediately if any advertisement is found to be misaligned with their values or audience.
- Host understands that TEAM Media Group LLC cannot guarantee that competitive advertising will not be displayed on the indoor billboard within the host’s establishment.
Co-op Program Participation
- Hosts are required to participate in the co-op program by allowing ads from other local businesses to be displayed on the digital network within their establishment.
- Hosts are encouraged to collaborate with other hosts and local businesses to cross-promote products, services, and events via the digital display network.
- Hosts understand that the participation in this Host Program provides a single Advertising subscription in exchange for the hosting of the Indoor Billboard equipment including use of the Host’s WiFi network to provide over-the-air updates and control of TEAM Media Group LLC’s Indoor Billboard Equipment. TEAM Media Group LLC will not provide additional services or distribution of compensation beyond this trade of services to Host at any time.
- Hosts are encouraged to become a registered affiliate or participate in the Host referral program which can generate additional compensation with TEAM Media Group LLC.
Data Privacy and Security
- Hosts must prioritize the privacy and security of any customer data collected through the digital billboards.
- Hosts are strictly prohibited from sharing or selling any customer data to third parties without explicit customer consent.
Compliance
- Hosts must comply with all local legal and regulatory requirements related to advertising and data privacy.
- Hosts are responsible for ensuring their participation in the program meets all local laws and guidelines.
Termination of Host Partnership
- Team Media Group LLC reserves the right to terminate the partnership with any host found to be in violation of the host network policy or involved in unethical or illegal practices.
- Hosts may also terminate their participation in the co-op program by providing prior notice to Team Media Group LLC.
- TEAM Media Group LLC is not responsible for any repairs if the host requests removal of the billboard equipment.
Modification of Policy
- Team Media Group LLC reserves the right to modify this host network policy at any time to reflect changes in industry standards, regulatory requirements, or business needs.
- Hosts will be informed of any changes to the policy and are expected to review and comply with the updated guidelines accordingly.
By adhering to these host network policies, hosts contribute to the success of the Team Media Group Indoor Digital Billboard Network Co-op Program, while maximizing benefits for their businesses and the surrounding community.
