By accessing or using the TEAM Media platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the service.

2. Use of Service

Our platform provides indoor digital advertising services including ad placement, screen hosting, and affiliate referral programs. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Content Guidelines

All advertising content must comply with our Advertising Policy. We reserve the right to reject or remove any content that violates our guidelines or applicable laws.

5. Payments & Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

TEAM Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
